Would you like to reserve an entire room and provide your guests with a fun and entertaining activity? We have fun projects for all ages!

Hosting a crafting party is a perfect solution for any group celebration or team-building event. Please bring your own food and we provide the tables and space.

Enjoy our beer and wine menu while you have fun with your guests!

Step 1 - Enter the date in the Personalization Box to indicate when and how many people are in your group.

Step 2 - Pay a $100 deposit to reserve the studio.

Step 3 - Hammer and Stain will contact you and create a collection for your guests depending on your price range. We can also create a coupon code if the host doesn't want the attendees to pay for their own project. We will then send you a link to the collection to share with your group.

Step 4 - Arrive and enjoy! We take care of the setup, activities, and cleanup!

Parties can be held on any day depending on availability. You should plan on around a 2 hour party - can show up 30 mins prior to decorate if you like.
Food and drinks may be brought in for the party. A table will be provided to hold the food and snacks.
$100 party fee due at time of booking to secure date & time – non-refundable if canceled within 3 days of the party - balance due day of party.
The final list of designs and party count is due 3 days prior to party.

If you are a group of less than 8 people, a private party studio reservation would not be required, simply select your projects and times from the many collections we have to offer.

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.
